The nine-time Grammy Award winning musician emerged on the world stage 15 years ago with her self-described "moody little record” Come Away With Me, which introduced a singular new voice and grew into a global phenomenon. Her incredible versatility has since led to collaborations with artists as diverse as Herbie Hancock, Willie Nelson, Outkast, Jack White, Danger Mouse and Foo Fighters.
Her sixth solo album Day Breaks sees Norah return to the piano and her jazz roots with an album that is a kindred spirit to her debut, though it is unquestionably the work of a mature artist who has lived life and grown immensely in her craft. It features performances from jazz legends including Wayne Shorter. For this exclusive UK performance at Somerset House, Norah will play a special selection of her best loved tracks plus new and original songs.
