Following the success of the Skye Gyngell's first TABLE pop-up for Photo London earlier this year, the pioneering restauranteur returns with a fungi-filled spread, curated especially for our exhibition Mushrooms: The Art, Design and Future of Fungi.
Each evening, Gyngell will create a biodynamic three-course meal, with the magnificent mushroom at its heart, inviting mushroom fans to experience a communal dining experience in a pop-up eatery.
There will be a guided tour of the Mushrooms exhibition before the meal. Meet at 18.30 at the Chairman’s Entrance in the New Wing to join the tour. Meet at 19.30 at the Chairman’s Entrance if you do not wish to join the guided tour of the exhibition for a welcome drink in the Lancaster Rooms, guests will be seated for dinner at 19.45.
