Please arrive via our Strand entrance from 19.00 to exchange your ticket for a wristband.
Step free access to AGM is available via our Lancaster Place entrance. Please speak to a member of staff if you need assistance in advance of the event.
There will be bag security checks in place. No external glassware or own alcohol is permitted on site. Water in plastic bottles is allowed.
There will be a free cloakroom available, so we encourage you to check items in.
Please be aware this is an 18+ event. We will be operating ‘Challenge 25’ and we may need to ID you.
Last entry time is 22.00 and there is no readmittance. Please be aware the event ends at 23.00.

There is no performance schedule for the evening – audiences are invited to experience the three floors of Somerset House Studios at their own pace and as they desire, with each space open until late.
AGM is a multi-room event with artists performing across different spaces throughout the night. Access to any given space will be on a first come first served basis
There is no smoking within the event (including outdoor performance areas). Smoking is permitted in designated areas. Please check the AGM map or ask a member of staff to direct you to the nearest smoking area.
One of our performance areas, West Service Yard, is outdoors. We encourage you to dress in accordance with the weather forecast.
There are a number of bars available throughout the building, serving drinks and small snacks. We operate a cashless site.
Last bar orders will 22.00 in G18 and 22.30 in Snooker Rooms, Paint Room and West Service Yard, with the event ending at 23.00.
