Somerset House’s residents are eligible to hire the G Rooms, Screening Room, West Wing Project Space, Lancaster Rooms, and River Rooms for small project space hires at a significantly discounted rate, subject to availability. Please be aware that most of our spaces come unfurnished. The focus of project space hires should be on key business development activities, the project space hires should be internal/ invite-only, have a simple set up and be self-managed by the resident. A pass holder from the resident's team must be present throughout the project space hire to oversee it. Our residents are not allowed to sell charged tickets for their project space hires. We mainly support project space hires during our official office hours (MO-FRI, 09.00-17.00). If the project space hire is deemed too large or requires a more complex set up, we may refer you over to the Commercial Events team.

- Hosting small workshops
- Bringing staff and clients together for meetings & training
- Small informal film screenings

- Small scale photographing & filming
- Rehearsal space for trialling new concepts
