About Darryl Gadzekpo and Ella Phillips

Darryl Gadzekpo and Ella Phillips have a strong interest in cooking, gardening, and plant powered foods, which they are eager to share. From growing their own vegetables in their urban garden in London to bring their community and local growers together, Darryl and Ella's enthusiasm and hands-on approach is inspirational.

They founded the company Electric Future Foods, which puts on cookery workshops and pop-up dining experiences, showcasing healthy and organic vegan food. Their new book From Plant to Plate introduces young readers to the wonderful world of gardening, and how they can use produce to create nutritious, delicious, plant powered feasts.
