Food & Drink

Delicious street food and vibrant flavours were on offer at This Bright Land

The festival was home to an outdoor food market curated by Black Eats LDN, serving up unbeatable dishes. Championing culinary delights from independent Black-owned businesses across London, the market served up East African, West African, Caribbean, American and South American cuisine, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten free diets catered for.

To complement balmy summer days, This Bright Land’s official drinks partner Bombay Sapphire were on hand serving up delicious gin cocktails from the Bombay Sapphire bar. Featuring its newly launched gin Bombay Citron Pressé, a vibrant gin bursting with the taste of freshly squeezed Mediterranean lemons inspired by the Tom Collins cocktail. New takes on classic cocktails and naturally refreshing creations were available, from the Ultimate Tom Collins, made over ice and complete with fresh lemon and a splash of soda water, to Bombay Citron Pressé over cloudy lemonade.

With its longstanding commitment to supporting creativity, Bombay Sapphire invited everyone to unlock their creative potential. You could stir creativity and learn a new skill whilst elevating and perfecting your own gin tipples, sipping on a Bombay Sapphire cocktail, with a series of weekly masterclass experiences.

A choice of other refreshing drinks were also available from the courtyard bars, run by The Natural Bar Company. The Natural Bar Company are the first mobile bar company in the UK that focuses on sustainability, healthier sugar content and supports mindful drinking.
