HOW TO PUBLISH FOR REVOLUTION: BLACK PUBLISHING THEN & NOW | 18.30 - 19.30
Black writers seeking to publish works in the 60s spurred the formation of Britain's Black independent publishing houses, in revolution against the suppression and exclusion they faced. In the years since, how has anti-Black racism been addressed in publishing and what new processes have been developed and deployed to tackle these issues as acts of revolution in their own right.
