Good Grief, Charlie Brown Comepetition

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This Promotion is only open to legal United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over. This Promotion excludes employees of Somerset House, Peanuts Worldwide, Charles M. Schulz Musuem and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

2. Entry: To enter go to www.somersethouse.org.uk/forms/good-grief-charlie-brown-competition and complete the form with your full name and email address.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 08.00 BST on 3 November 2017 and 23.59 BST on 19 November 2017.

4. Prizes: 3 Winners will be chosen at random. 1 winner will receive 1x signed exhibition catalogue; 1 Winner will receive 1x exhibition postcard set and 1x exhibition poster; 1 Winner will recieve 1x TSPTR Peanuts t-shirt and 1x TSPTR Peanuts Sweatshirt.

5. Maximum one entry, per person, during the Promotion. Systems will be in place to ensure that no entrant may enter more than once.

6. Winner Selection: All valid entries supplying the correct answer to the given question received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into the relevant prize draw to be conducted within 3 working days of the closing date and 3 Winners selected at random.

7. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw via the email address provided on entry. The Winners will be required to respond to the notification within 24 hours of initial contact to confirm eligibility and once a winner has been verified the Promoter will confirm Prize details. If a winner fails to respond within such timeframe they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant selected (a reserve). Reserves may have less time to respond.

8. Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

  1. contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
  2. includes trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
  3. defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners); or
  4. promotes any political agenda.

9. The Prize is only as stated in Part 4 of the Terms and Conditions. No alternative to the Prize will be offered, nor is there any cash equivalent.

10. Somerset House will take responsibility of delivering the Prize to the address supplied by the winning entrant.

11. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

12. Entries suspected to be automatically submitted by scripts or attributable to Facebook user accounts which contravene Facebook’s Terms and Conditions will be deemed null and void and will be removed from the prize draw.

13. Winner publication: The names and counties of the confirmed winners will be available from six weeks after the closing date until eight weeks after the closing date by going to www.somersethouse.org.uk/forms/good-grief-charlie-brown-competition

14. If a winner does not want their name to be published they should inform Somerset House when accepting their prize.

15. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

16. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the prize draw.

18. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion.

19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

21. All entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

22. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third party products or services.

23. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

24. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
