Channel is Somerset House’s new curated online space for art, ideas and the artistic process.
Her work draws from her studies on media communication, and its effects on engagement and inclusion in nature and the wider environmental conversation. She is particularly inspired by everyday nature in the city, individual and community experience in the outdoors, and action towards addressing the barriers of access in nature and the information surrounding it.
Zahrah is currently a Future Producer with Somerset House, alongside working in dynamic roles blending youth work, environmental communication, and her own creative practice.
