All menus are carefully curated, seasonal and sustainably sourced. The team are forward-thinking in their approach and through their menu they showcase the very best produce available to us in the British summertime.
Clement Worrall have a ‘Zero-waste’ event goal. They are minimizing and recycling plastics and disposable packaging and focusing on re-usable or biodegradable/compostable service ware. They work with local food banks and farmers local to their production kitchens to re-purpose all leftover food from events.
All menus can be tailored to a clients’ specific requirements
It is safe to say that Clement Worrall will be on hand to think about every detail of your event. All of their staff are recruited and trained in-house, they believe attitude to be more important than experience and by recruiting and training the right people can ensure that they communicate to them the importance of your event, select the most suitable, event specific staff and instil in them the exacting standards required by their clients.
They look after their staff very well, treat them fairly and equally and actively encourage diversity when recruiting. They regularly promote from within and are very proud of the teams and individuals they have developed. All staff are paid hourly amounts well above the minimum recommended London Living Wage.
